We want you to love your home transformation, so if your Jes Rose vinyl or home accessories aren't quite right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, resaleable condition and have not been applied to any surfaces or cut to size.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original mailing tube or box to prevent creasing or damage during transit back to our studio.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send your package using a tracked service; once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
